POST-SALES

The sale is  just the first phase of the relationship that Nema Automazione would like to establish with every new client. After the consignment of machinery, our post-sales team is always available to help you for everything you need, as tips about packaging material, spare parts, retrofit, etc. We would desire that each customers can consider as like your best collaborator.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT & ASSISTANCE ON-SITE 

For the after sale services ,we employ a staff of skilled service engineers ( both mechanic and electronic ) to install , start-up our machines and assist our customers worldwide.

Our useful and reactive call centre is able to support you directly with the technician that have built your machine or system. This is very important to give a real help when the machine can be restarted with some tips.
